GBAvoid cos you get what you pay for Firmoo in the 1st April delivered my glasses to a wrong address. They sent me proof of postage but it was to a wrong address. Their customer services informed me that the courier posted a card stating they will leave the parcel in a safe place but they obviously didn’t. I received no card indicating this too! 😤They now accept that the glasses is now missing and someone called Karlo emailed me that they will process my refund of £79 via my PayPal account. However, that was yesterday morning and l still have received no email from PayPal stating that Firmoo have refunded me . Karlo keeps on making excuses how it can take 5 days to process this, which l already know. But it doesn’t take 5 days for Firmoo to process my refund through PayPal. Rather it may take 5 days for my money to be credited into my account. So Firmoo need to go ahead and process my refund then, as stated to me from their colleague Karlo. Firmoo maybe very cheap with lots of selection of glasses compared to other online spectacle stores, like Abbe glasses but you seriously get what you pay for . Sloppy and unprofessional customer service😡. Avoid Firmoo at all costs!!
