Always great I'm always happy with the speed of service, the friendly emails and the fair prices. Have been every 6 months or so since 2009. All my lens wearing family shops here too now. I did experience a delay once however, this time around. I asked for an agent that I had dealt with before, and she gave me an honest, upfront answer regarding an issue/delay that affected my type of lens. Her attitude was pleasant to say the least and its this type of service that keeps me coming back. The order shipped in 4 days versus the 7 that she quoted from the time I called. I understand that these things happen from time to time, and I am totally fine with it. Thanks

Thank you for being great Even though I receive reminders about 3 weeks in advance to running out of my lenses, I'm the type to do everything last minute. Time and time again, I get the lenses I need from LensDiscounters.com. As a cherry on top, my contact lens purchase included a e-voucher that I redeemed for a free pair of glasses that would normally cost $39.90 with shipping from LensDiscounter's value frame section. I was able to upload my photo and see an accurate size ration of the frames virtually on my face. I love the glasses- they look and feel as though they must have cost you more than $40 to make-- giving them to me as a gift is highly appreciated and the gesture will remain with me forever.
