I have bought a number of pairs of… I have bought a number of pairs of glasses from Vooglam. I wear contact lenses but often enhance the look with a pair of non-prescription glasses. Excellent affordable quality frames and loads of choice and always prompt delivery. What’s not to like?

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, very, very thin flimsy frames and the thinning of the lenses was very poor and didn't fit in the frames. Also had visible lines on the lenses as were Bifocal which is not like my current lenses. My prescription is recent that I supplied, but the bottom half is too blurry. Reported the issues only to be offered 30% off coupon, or to remake them at 70% of cost or refund of 30% but need to pay return shipping to China, wiping most of the refund out. Rip off merchants and con artists. Buyer beware. Updated: still not getting anywhere with 'customer service' rep Doci and a resolution is still not anywhere near satisfactory. My opinion still hasn't changed. BEWARE!!

Great Quality Glasses! I've been seeing Vooglam advertising on Facebook for a while and decided to give them a try. Well, my new glasses were delivered today and they are gorgeous. The quality and finish on the glasses is high and such good value for money. I am so pleased with them. It was most definitely worth trying this company out. I will be purchasing some more now I know ow the quality is this good!

Pleasantly surprised Ordered varifocals from vooglam not expecting much as you don't give them heights. Well colour me surprised. I can see better with these ones than I can with the ones I bought from the opticians. Very happy customer will buy again
