A freepost envelope arrived 2 days later for me to send my old frames to them. I had an email requesting a 'selfie' of me wearing the existing glasses. Five days later, I received an email confirming receipt of the old frames. After 14 more days, I received an 'order dispatched' email. Two days later, I received my reglazed glasses by signed-for recorded delivery. I am pleased that the Hoya lenses have a very good area of sharp vision. I shall definitely use reglazingeyewearcompany in the future.

Fabulous result but timing very poor! The end result was brilliant however, it took nearly 6 weeks from completing the order to receiving them..... apparently staff issues! Problem was I needed them ASAP as my prescription had changed significantly. It was through my partner whom recommended them as his order was done within 2 weeks from start to finish. Although there were timescales issues I would still use them again as the end product was perfect!

for the price they are ok, dont be in a rush to get them back customer support poor waited over 3 weeks for glasses, the gradual tint is not very strong compared to my old glasses

Delighted with my reglazed sun glasses! Delighted with my 2 new pairs of sun glasses! Easy process to turn my former prescription sun glasses into ordinary sun glasses after I had lens replacement surgery. Delighted with the outcome & so much cheaper than buying new ones!
