Excellent hearing aid Excellent hearing aid, especially in noisy environments. Much better than my old hearing aids which cost almost 5 times as much.

Great Hearing Aids Great Hearing Aids. I have used Lexie Lumens for the past 2 years and these are so much better. I actually prefer them over my 4000.00 Siemen Hearing Aids. Their Customer Service is over the top !!

At age 72, the best hearing aids I have ever had! I have had the pleasure of being fitted with the big brand hearing aids over many years. Spent a fortune and only heard sounds louder but not better voice clarity. And Bluetooth options were horrid! It was a very frustrating journey. I kept watching for new options knowing someone would break through the monopoly on hearing aids. I discovered award winning Orka at a great price, no risk trial so I tried them. Simply outstanding! It was the best choice in hearing aids ever. Sound clarity is the best ever, Bluetooth options easy and work, sound quality for music or phone calls is excellent! They are so rich in features and clarity! Highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids!

This is my initial impression on the… This is my initial impression on the Orka1, and some pretesting beta impressions on the Orka2. First: I am a "naive user" first time using any hearing aids, and have been holding out due to my impression of what a giant "process" it is getting a VA benefit, then device, then service etc... or the less difficult but more expensive in time and money alternative of the traditional typical bricks and mortar hearing center with audiologist, or the Costco version of same... Again: I am NOT a sound engineer, audiologist, etc but do have experience in the audiogy booth experience in annual flight physicals in 20 yr military career and aware of damage to my own hearing progressively from typical exposure to loud equipment on flight deck, weapons on range, etc. Now I'm right on the border of moderate to moderate severe...a challenging 'cookie cutter' profile per one audiologist opinion. I've been waiting for an entry to the consumer device market to bring competition, innovation, and price benefits to a consumer like me, having read the FDA is permitting sales in the segment. So I stumbled on Orka in a Forbes article and then just did some homework and ordered the Orka1. First impressions on Orka1 are confirmed and reinforced on Orka2: 1. Its obvious a lot of thought and effort has gone into what is a complex device and end user education process. 2. From design, packaging, user education in printed and in app instructions- its pretty much in my opinion head and shoulders above any other consumer personal device on the front end. 3. Having used the Orka1 for some time, with lots of interaction with customer service, audiologist, on all my questions; Imho, Orka has a hit underway here in Orka1, that they are carefully getting 110% ready in Orka2... 4. I'm now hearing sounds I havent in years, frogs and crickets, family conversations in crowded restaurants, much improved understanding in coffeeshops, at work. No longer do I have to cup my ear and say "could you please repeat that?" 5. The bluetooth integration in Orka1 is flawless. I'm still practicing "two bluetooth device streaming" in Orka2 but noticing how well I hear all the sounds around me as controlled by the Orka2 app on iphone, as well as music, etc from the second device. 6. I'm still exploring all options and functionality in various environments and going through the "adaptive phase" of becoming used to "the new hearing" as new normal, so I'll have more to say on that later. 7. Customer service has been extraordinarily good and proactive on all levels. Head and shoulders above other consumer electronics or personal services delivered online/phone. 8. One last observation: its pretty hard to overstate the value proposition of having very experienced audiologists on call, via remote and its also clear Orka has carefully engineered the hearing profile update process to keep end user info carefully private. As long as the consumer is comfortable with remote access (like folks have gotten used to during covid) and can follow clear instructions, then the user onboarding is straightforward.

I can now hear… I can now hear the chime installed at the entrance to our office. This one had been installed by my colleagues, but since it produces high-pitched sounds,I couldn't hear it... Outside,I can now hear the birds very well and the wind does not whistle in my devices. Very nice presentation of the box. Just at first glanceI saw that you care about a job well done THANK YOU, story-Love my new hearing aids!!!
