From reception to initial consultation, testing, ordering, fitting, communication and aftercare they are peerless. Service at its best, with plenty of time for customers, great knowledge, experience and facilities, patience, kindness and good humour. If you have eye care needs in the Shrewsbury area and beyond, my experiences make it clear there is no competition. One very happy customer! Having previously used a national high street opticians of late I had become unhappy with the suitability and fit of the glasses. Such an excellent, friendly service where staff take time to assess your requirements, ensure suitability of lenses and there is no pressure.
