INRecd on 20.03.2022 Recd on 20.03.2022, the spex vide my order no. 4246 dtd 18th Mar 2022. The spex is not power adjustable as shown by you. The spex is very low power, not suitable for me. Need min 3.5 power adjustable as marketted by you. Pls exchange with an apt spex or refund pls... TQ.

PTGood product and support My order came with a little mistake. I ordered a Miopia Glasses -3 and I received +3. Honest mistake. So honest that I contacted support and they very fast realize what happened. They apologized and I was told they would send me the right ones and I could keep the ones I received for free, no more money involved. So, they are responsive and supportive. I accepted and today I got the new ones. The product are exactly what they show in the website and they are good. The reason I give only 4 stars it's because of the long delivery time. But that may depend on your address. Everything else is fine. Thank you for your service Vincenton.

GBHorrible product and customer service Horrible product and customer service. Don't waste your money! Asked for a refund several weeks ago after receiving the glasses, and no refund to date. This was sent in Spanish too, and I do not read anything other than English, Google translate helped. Several of my messages have been ignored. Don't buy from them...scam!
