This company stole from me !!! Placed an order over two months ago and no delivery yet. I raised the issue with them and was simply told that my package was delivered and that was the end of it, I have had no response back requesting that they prove that the package was delivered or investigate what has happened to my order/package... It is going on three months now and it appears that this company has stolen from me !!! Responding to your comment : Please prove that this item has been delivered as I can assure you it has not !!! The courier has not delivered it nor have I signed for it and in turn it means that you have not delivered it. You need to investigate as the courier is unresponsive to me...

I opened them up took them out and tried them on perfect yes bi-focals tinted can read my book watch TV without changing pairs of glasses no need to adjust anything glad I bought them so cheap unbelievably cheap I'll be back, just to buy again.

This is the worst ever This is the worst ever. I haven't received my order. I have no idea when I will receive it, nobody let's me know where it is, I am not kept up to date. I however get regular emails asking to rate Vincerton and "We have a special deal for you" So at this point in time I really don't have anything good to say. I am actually thinking of uploading my comments to Facebook. I paid for an item that I don't have, so maybe it is a scam? I will definately not be recommending this to any of my friends. Terrible, terrible. I don't even receive my emails in English, it is in some other language that I don't know.
