RUI'v received -2.5 glasses I'v received -2.5 glasses, but distance between axes (62-64) is unacceptable for me, I need 70. But I think, I can use the glasses for some purpose.

NOGood product and excellent customer service :-) The glasses comes in 2 pieces but after talking to their customer service about this they quickly sent me a new pair free of charge. I'm impressed with their customer service and happy to recommend them to my friends. Many companies have similar products but great companies also take good care of their customers!

GBScrewed-up my first order Screwed-up my first order, screwed-up the 2nd order and now I'm waiting for them to get it wright. They are difficult to contact and slow to respond. I will say their glasses are pretty good.

GBHorrible product and customer service Horrible product and customer service. Don't waste your money! Asked for a refund several weeks ago after receiving the glasses, and no refund to date. This was sent in Spanish too, and I do not read anything other than English, Google translate helped. Several of my messages have been ignored. Don't buy from them...scam!

IEThis company stole from me !!! Placed an order over two months ago and no delivery yet. I raised the issue with them and was simply told that my package was delivered and that was the end of it, I have had no response back requesting that they prove that the package was delivered or investigate what has happened to my order/package... It is going on three months now and it appears that this company has stolen from me !!! Responding to your comment : Please prove that this item has been delivered as I can assure you it has not !!! The courier has not delivered it nor have I signed for it and in turn it means that you have not delivered it. You need to investigate as the courier is unresponsive to me...
