GBConcept is great but product was… Concept is great but product was inferior. I contacted the Topology team to report my dissatisfaction and no one responded. Poor product, poor support.....

GBFrames feel great one year in I've had them for a year now, and I'm a believer in bespoke frames now. I'm used to frames requiring constant adjustments, and even though my Topology frames are very thin, they've continued to sit properly and feel comfortable. The lenses are comparable to those I've gotten elsewhere, w which is good in my book. Really love this company and their technology!

GBNice concept, terrible execution Took almost two months to get first prototype - at that rate, considering it didn't fit my face or look like the "virtual fitting" at ALL, getting a final version could have easily taken a year or more. Got a full refund immediately, within a few hours of contacting about my dissatisfaction, so it seems they're well aware of what a poor job they're doing. Would not recommend to anyone.

GBincredible product and customer service incredible product, incredible customer service. i nearly let a few glitches in the app software deter me from giving Topology a try, but i am SO glad i risked the $$. there are real, live people behind this company who will go the extra mile for you (they answered each of dozens of my texts promptly, thoroughly, and thoughfully) and the final product is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. for years, i essentially could not read anything on paper because my asian nose simply is not shaped the way that U.S. glasses are designed. other asian people literally told me to travel to asia and get glasses there. now, i finally can read (and do everything else), and it is all due to Topology's awesome concept and customer service.

GBSince I had a very early pair of… Since I had a very early pair of glasses, it took a while to get in. Otherwise, I was very hapy.
