In my case, (and I am a difficult case with a broken nose), it took some extra work and time on their part and mine, but they stuck with it and the final results are very good. They are light and comfortable and look the way I want them to. These are totally custom made, including prototypes, so do not expect your finished eyewear in two weeks. Mine took much longer.

Very happy with my glasses💕 I was reticent to order eye glasses on line but decided to try bc I have a petite face and don’t want to wear child’s eyewear. Decided to go with Topology bc of their satisfaction guarantee and their virtual try-on was fun. Natasha responded to my frequent questions promptly. The order process took longer than expected but the end product was wonderful. Planning to get sunglasses from them soon.

Bad fit! Ok, i finally got my glasses after 7+ weeks but they fit horribly. Constantly sliding down my nose. I spent more than ever before, waited longer than ever before, and it fits worse than any other glasses before. I wont be using Topography again.

This technology isn’t ready. Lenses were incorrect. Glasses didn’t fit properly. Epic fail and waste of weeks of time. Was given refund.

incredible product and customer service incredible product, incredible customer service. i nearly let a few glitches in the app software deter me from giving Topology a try, but i am SO glad i risked the $$. there are real, live people behind this company who will go the extra mile for you (they answered each of dozens of my texts promptly, thoroughly, and thoughfully) and the final product is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. for years, i essentially could not read anything on paper because my asian nose simply is not shaped the way that U.S. glasses are designed. other asian people literally told me to travel to asia and get glasses there. now, i finally can read (and do everything else), and it is all due to Topology's awesome concept and customer service.
