Nice concept, terrible execution Took almost two months to get first prototype - at that rate, considering it didn't fit my face or look like the "virtual fitting" at ALL, getting a final version could have easily taken a year or more. Got a full refund immediately, within a few hours of contacting about my dissatisfaction, so it seems they're well aware of what a poor job they're doing. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wireframes up until recently were my only option and they always hurt, because they were never the right fit. Enter Topology--my very first acetate frames, and they fit perfectly. I've had two years worth of glasses from them, and it would have been three if not for the fact that I had to transition to progressives. They recommend your first progressives be from your doctor. Honestly, I wish I ignored it because the ones from my doctor sucked. From here on out I will only get my glasses from Topology.
