I had to get the credit card company involved. They always had excuses about the holidays or low stock but never a solution. Avoid them.

USTerrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for weeks for my lenses. Their customer service has no phone or live chat so I have been unable to get any response other than email which comes days or even a week later. They only apologize and say it’s the manufacturer issue for the delay. Seems like I’m not the only one on here. I guess they just can’t compete with the bigger companies and it shows.
