Terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for weeks for my lenses. Their customer service has no phone or live chat so I have been unable to get any response other than email which comes days or even a week later. They only apologize and say it’s the manufacturer issue for the delay. Seems like I’m not the only one on here. I guess they just can’t compete with the bigger companies and it shows.

Worth the Wait Was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. I struggled finding my prescription on other sites and just found this one randomly. Worth the wait overseas (holidays didn't help) and I hope their business gets more love and support. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.
