Service went above and beyond to get it to us early! We needed this is a tight time frame- and it arrived EARLY! After sending a message to the seller about our close time window for this beautiful gift for our Pastor and his wife (both retiring), they were quick to message us directly within 12hours and ship the resulting custom design from China to East Coast USA in 3 days. This was all without compromising on the look or packaging of the product. We felt so extremely cared for in this stressful time of good byes, thank you again!
