Quality all round Quality of the canvas and diamonds. I haven't used the warranty or anything but I do hear that they are really good with working with you on problems and missing or spilled diamonds.

Once you open the box to examine your purchase, there are multiple places for you to scan to learn more about what you have in hand. It's honestly very impressive with the detail that is provided.
