Great Company Ordering through Iconic Paw was a great experience. The selection process, review of proof, and customer service were quick and easy. I had an issue with a small spot on the portrait which was damaged in shipping. Customer service was responsive and corrected this mistake quickly by sending a new portrait. The whole process moved quickly, even when ordering around the holidays.

Best customer service I have ever dealt with! Number one is the outstanding customer service reps! They were all on top of our order! The portrait itself is more than incredible! What a beautiful job! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Peace of mind Very fast turnaround even for a December order. I ordered two portraits of recently lost dogs for my sister and my mother. I wasn't there to see them open them unfortunately, but they raved about the quality and the thoughtfulness. The ability to have them tweak the portraits before they make them really put my mind at ease when ordering as well. I really thought they were going to just slap on whatever picture I gave them and hope for the best. That was not the case in the slightest. The first (and only, in my case) versions were seamless and professional.

Iconic Paw is great! I've ordered a few times from Iconic Paw & each time I am blown away by how great the product is. They've always been reliable with their shipping times & quality. Most importantly, they've helped create something special our family has treasured.

Incredibly painting-like and beautiful! I absolutely love the pictures we have gotten. They did a great job integrating our pets' faces into the paintings. The two bits of criticism I would make would be that 1) I believe the entire object in the 8x10 photo should be a bit smaller to the background and 2) the background should be adjustable to the pet's coloration. Our calico was lost a bit in the dark background.
