They're perfect They're perfect! I needed (okay, wanted) a fun item for everyone for an upcoming family vacation. Decided water bottles would be fun and useful. Uploaded my artwork, waited for the completion notice, then picked up. They were ready right on time and will be a treasured memento.

Worst photo prints out of any company I tried I tried several photo print companies to see who would give the nicest photo prints and I had fromex print me 159 4x6s of time spent in Kyoto, Japan. They were so awful! I feel like words can't describe. People I showed them to said it looked like they tried to ruin the photos. They were that bad. There were extremely under-saturated, so they looked like there was almost no color in the photos. They were dark, so you couldn't see all the details the photos contained. They were cropped a little despite that not being selected for. The paper was the thinnest of all the companies I tried, by far, it felt very cheap. I called to talk to someone at the company and I got an uninterested receptionist who just told me to go to their website to print a label to return them. She didn't know where the labels were on the website. She didn't know anything about printing photos. She was not sorry in anyway. I see now why they push their mugs and life size cutouts, it's because they do not emphasize quality at all and just want to make cheesy, novelty items.

Good quality, good price and friendly Prints were good quality! Easy to order from their website. Staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Fromex!

I received a text, call and email that my order was ready. I also sent a few emails with questions that were answered promptly, even after hours. The customer service at Fromex was excellent and I would recommend them 100% for all photo needs.

For some unknown reason it would not complete the credit card process. However, when I called the staff they quickly took care of the matter.
