GBMissed a Detail I was under the impression that iCanvas would have either included or installed an "alligator" hanger on the back of the product. Instead, the four prints that I ordered arrived with a bag of two anchors and two screws. We would not have wanted to put the screws through the canvas and to hang the piece on just two screws didn't make sense. We bought alligator hangers and put them on the back of the frame.

GBResponsive to carrier damage, very quick shipping. UPS damaged my package (one of three) and it was also wet. ICanvas replaced it quickly. UPS contacted me two weeks after the fact asking annoying questions like how big the box was. UPS also did not stick around to get a signature as was requested. Bottom line: love the three pieces of artwork and they are hanging in my home, making it beautiful. Thank you!

GBPerfect picture Saw the picture online and knew it would be perfect for my friend who recently lost her elderly mother. Blue heron always made her think of her dad who had passed years ago. So the pic of two herons together makes her smile knowing they are again together.

GBCreased print The print arrived in record time and when we took it to get it framed the framer removed it from the shipping container and pointed out 2 visible creases. We had to pay extra to have the print mounted to minimize the creases. Framer said it could have been alleviated if the print was shipped in a tube! Print is still beautiful and we hope to pick it up soon!
