I ordered for canvas from this company I ordered for canvas from this company. Two of them were 7’x9’. These are not inexpensive! They arrived damaged from shipping and were torn (so obviously unusable). I emailed the company and they very quickly tuned around two brand new canvases and got them right out to me. I was very happy with how quickly they resolved the issue that wasn’t their fault. The quality is superb and the customer service is excellent- this is the only company I will use going forward

Received wrong size Although the quality of what I ordered was very good, I did not receive the correct size of what I ordered. I am not sure what happened, but I ordered a 48x54x2" wood panel, however I only received a 6x54x2". Something must have gone wrong in the ordering process. I am disappointed that I did not catch this error until it was too late and I missed out on the 2 for 1 sale you were running and now have 2 panels in a size I do not need.
