Absolutely Fabulous! Had a wonderful time at this Turkish Lamp Workshop! The ladies running the class were very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained things in detail and made it easy to understand. The music, tea, goodies and the gift of a bracelet were a nice touch. I even purchased some of the little colourful bowls that were for sale. I would definitely like to do another workshop. Please come back to Kingston!

Overall a fun night Overall a fun night. Lots of colour options and examples around the room for inspiration. The employee was helpful and lovely, and the turkish delight and tea at the end were such a lovely touch! The design process itself was a little frustrating at times. It was hard to copy the pattern from the paper to the lamp, and I wish there were more toothpicks and tweezers available to help place the glass pieces onto the lamp! The workshop was also too short, 3 hours would be more suitable for this type of work to make sure we can finish it in time as we were asked to leave before we finished. Alternatively, the company can consider maybe the different design options in advance to paying customers, so people can think about their design before arriving. We were only given 5-10 minutes of planning our design before it was time to get started with the glue, and that is too short for newbies like us :-)

Mount Hope class I attended the workshop held in Mount Hope on February 17th. It was an enjoyable outing; I only wish there was more time allotted as it’s daunting at first. However, now that I know what I’m doing, I can absolutely see doing another workshop. And I will definitely do more mosaic, less beading my next time around. Thank you for a fun night out!

Great experience I am a returning customer and this time I did this with my niece for her bday. We both had a wonderful time. The lamps turned out amazing!! I would recommend this from beginners to more experienced.

Fun activity! The experience was great. Instructions were easy to follow, the room is really nicely decorated. The staff person was helpful and kind. The tea and turkish delight halfway through the session was a lovely touch.
