Amazing customer service and communication I had an issue with the courier delaying and then losing my order (busy time of year so I tried to be patient). After I notified Soul Carbon of this they had an update for me within an hour and had dispatched me a new order (a larger one than I had ordered initially) via a new courier the next day, which i received the day after. Communication and customer service was absolutely wonderful and the product was great too. Would 100% order again and recommend to others.
