GBOpened box Luckily the canvas wasn’t damaged, because the box was opened at both ends. I think some added tape would be needed. That said I love the product Anna will be ordering more soon.

GBExchange accidental order of item with bigger size Had a need to exchange an item in which I had ordered the wrong size. Contacted UNIX CANVAS and they accommodated the new order in a timely fashion, rebated the price for the first order all with no shipping fee. Allowed me to keep the smaller item as a free gift. Don’t find customer service and appreciation such as this anymore. This company is truly customer satisfaction oriented. I rate them AAAAA++++++ in all categories.

GBWould be 5 stars if it was better on… Would be 5 stars if it was better on tracking information. I received a tracking number but it didn't say from what company. Ended up being GLS. So I had no info when delivery would be made. Other than that everything was great.
