Would Not Recommend The home portrait I ordered through Harold Home I probably could have gotten for free through a simple photo editing app. These 'watercolor' portraits are not done by hand (and if they are, it is definitely not worth the cost). I am still trying to get the edits I want, with no progress. I regret purchasing and would not recommend.

I have not yet received my portrait… I have not yet received my portrait however overall you guys have been pretty solid in communication & next steps. I guess my only negative comment or area to be improved from client side is to have a better portal or viewing area of the artwork and or status in the process. Other than that I’m super excited to see it in real life at my mom’s new house in Florida. Thanks guys!

Outstanding Customer Service A had a slight problem with my painting arriving later than expected and damaged but the customer service was outstanding. They remade the painting and shipped a new one to me within a few days. If your not satisfied they will absolutely make it right!

They are going to FREAK OUT when they see it! I can't wait to share this gift with my buyer clients who have recently closed on their "rest of their lives" new construction home. These clients just so happen to be immediate family members of mine and they are going to be so surprised and thankful to hang this "our first home" project for the memories.

Perfect remembrance of home We will be moving soon from our home of over 20 years and I wanted a memento from our time here. The rendition provided is absolutely beautiful. And the ability to add a likeness of our beloved dog was an unexpected plus. The ability to see proofs along the way was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this service.
