I ordered a canvass and paid… I ordered a canvass and paid approximately $50 for it. I received a blanket very poorly made and not what I ordered. I sent the company an e-mail explaining. Never heard back, poor business I dont recommend them.

Unexpected The poster was done in a way I was not expecting. If I remember right the basketball player and the lettering was all done lengthwise; the way the words crowd in on the player makes it look cluttered. It was a bit too small, but that’s my fault, I should have ordered it larger. Overall not what I remember ordering.

I ordered a 2xl hoodie for my husband… I ordered a 2xl hoodie for my husband and it's so tight on him so I contacted customer service via email to tell them I wanted to exchange for a bigger size but they won't let me exchange it at all unless the item is defective, or the wrong item sent. Now they want me to buy another hoodie in a bigger size at 50% off. So my option is to give them more money to fix the issue. I don't call this customer service and I regret buying this hoodie that no one I know can wear. Also when they sent me the 50% off deal I tried to call the customer service phone # and it says no longer in service. You people are crooks.

Experience and Quality is Fantastic Everything about this experience was great! I thought it was so creative to be given the option to choose colors down to the tiniest detail! Really makes it even more personalized. Loved how you can see it while you build it to see how colors work together. Gave you updates along the way with shipping. Final product looked amazing exactly how it looked and the quality with the canvas was outstanding. Very happy how it came out.

I called not expecting anything but the way they handled the situation , the kindness and understanding they showed is something I haven't seen in a while ( old School Way of doing business is what I call it ) The product is perfect , the value exceeded my expectation.
