Take Your Chances!! I have sent a detailed review of my experience with Desenio. To recap, I ordered one canvas print which arrived within 6 days. Not impressed with the quality. The second part of my order, a poster, has yet to arrive despite the several assurances that it was Out For Delivery. I have given up getting the poster and, from what I understand from other reviews, my money back. You hardly need any more details from me to guess my intention of ever ordering anything from you again.

Overcharged for my order -Horrible customer service I was overcharged for my order. They refused to cancel my order. Customer service representative recognised I had been overcharged and said a refund for the amount overcharged was issued.. I am still waiting on my refund one month later… Avoid!!

Overall it was fine… Overall it was fine. Prints were good quality. It was stated on the website 3-5 business days to be received and took closer to 3 weeks. They were out of stock of 1 of the 4 we ordered but didn’t find out for a few days after playing the order (despite being available on the website). Additionally, when reaching out to customer service to inquire about the delivery, took 3-4 business days to get back to me. Again prints are decent, but overall probably won’t be back.
