I feel like DiscountASP.NET is nickle… I feel like DiscountASP.NET is nickle and diming. A lot of things (url forwarding, databases) that are included int he price at many other hosting places costs a one-time fee (per) here. And it's not that they're very cheap either compared to competitors. They're more middle of the road and closer to expensive for the services they offer. Also their control panel, though custom, is hard to use and tough to get around in. And it looks very dated. Otherwise I think it's fine but these things are frustrating and they'll likely end with me switching over to a different host once my discounted period ends. The service isn't worth the money I'd be paying.

Great Support Great Support. It is not easy supporting all the asp.net versions along with all the versions of Visual Studio and SQL server. Nice to know they started when ASP.net first came out to replace classic asp. I use Mac as my primary pc and downloaded the Azure Data Studio but have common error message when connecting to my sql 2017 database. the web based MS Sql manager that is available in cpanel is sufficient for managing database. Little bit of learning curve compared to SSMS.

needs work ASP upload is restricted to a ridiculously low amount so one cannot even upload pics from your cellphone. Need to increase the upload level on the base load. On billing notices the domain name is not listed ...not smart review says FORMER CUSTOMER?

Happyness I have used this service for years for learning purposes and to host a small private site for friends. It has always met my needs, never been a problem and has always been responsive. I recently looked around and tried other sites that just weren't as good and were more expensive. I really don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon.
