Very disappointed Very disappointed. Received notification that our product shipped(almost 10 days ago) shipping info never updated, When I emailed to ask about it I got a shady looking response that something happened in their payment system and our purchase had been refunded 2 days after the supposed ship date(and we had not received any contact about this). We will not be using them again. And my son will be so upset to not get his sign for his room.

a dumb mistake I guess I’m just disappointed that a stupid mistake on the other end was cause enough to cancel my order and go elsewhere. The vintage replica metal sign I ordered was by no means rare and other companies make the exact same sign and for less but this company gave me other sizes to choose from. Unfortunately they claimed they had mistakenly credited me the purchase price and was withholding delivery until I reordered with a new payment but my credit card company has no record of any credit or refund. Now you know my story and the reason for my rating. Good luck.

ORDER WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE I was extremely nervous to place this overseas order to Australia with the current world of scams but can I just say I will order with confidence again and can not recommend toptrendygear enough.
