Cute Merch but problem with ordering system The molds are cute and unique. But there is a problem with the ordering system. I placed an order but received no e-mail confirmation or shipping notice, so I figured my order didn't go through. I ordered again a few days later. Got e-mail confirmation and shipping notice. I ended up receiving and being charged for both orders. THIS EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED LAST TIME I ORDERED.

Amazing products Amazing products! Fast, accurate shipping. I ordered some items for a friend recently, and she received them quickly, and absolutely loved them. I get the kits monthly, and they are always well put together, fun, and creative. Highly recommend! 💖

Do NOT trust! Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. I've been a subscriber to Craft Kitsune for years now, and then a new owner took over unexpectedly. I decided to give her a chance. I was on a monthly subscription, so I was being charged every month, but I wasn't getting any shipments. I didn't get December or January's kits. I gave the new owner the benefit of the doubt because she had some delays with shipping, but after I emailed asking about tracking/shipping, she said she'd "look into it" and then never got back to me. I sent subsequent emails for help and she ignored all of them. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. I definitely don't recommend subscribing at this point - you're not going to get anything!

Fraud Scam Someone needs to investigate I purchased a plan for my wife's Christmas gift and have discovered I was scammed out of my money. This Wendy or George or whoever needs to have state or federal authorities looking into their clearly ongoing fraud!! Today I received a text saying order is coming and at the beginning of March and April I received emails saying it was coming! Do we know what State they are based in? The State Attorney General should look into Wendy!

Craft Kitsune is now a scam I haven’t received my kits from Jan- April 2024 as of today. I have sent several screenshots to Wendy showing the months that are still unfulfilled. She hasn’t responded to me.
