The quality is great, and we've enjoyed the vast number of items that we can get customized with our pup's picture! Soft and high-quality! Our ordered arrived within 2 weeks, but received a deducted star because my item was incorrect. There was a completely different dog and color on it :( Thankfully, I reached out and had the issue resolved easily and quickly. Within a week, I received my dog on the blanket and it is amazingly soft quality. It's adorable and I absolutely love my blanket.

Not pleased Not pleased. Waited over two months for one pair of socks that cost me $50AU with shipping with the intention of these being a present for my husband. Socks arrived, cute print but they are NOT one size fits all, they are too small for an average size 9 man's foot and the quality of the sock is very plasticky and cheap.
