They were very helpful with revisions and were able to follow exactly what I had wanted to be done- down to every little detail in the facial expressions and specific skin tones! There were also impressively quick turn around times for every revision and email I sent. A friend of mine did something similar from Etsy this year, but did not receive the revisions she requested, had poor customer service, and had much longer turnaround times. Will definitely be ordering from LuluCartoons again!

Amazing company and great Artists! I had issues with opening my digital artwork, contacted customer service and they reached out with two forms of my picture. I’m so in love with the work truly Amazing!! Kudos to the artist, they got every request and detail - amazing skills!! Also, kudos to the company for such amazing customer service. Will order again!!
