They gave me an extensive and thorough reply and even sent me multiple communications even BEFORE I purchased anything. This was the main reason I ordered from them. GBGreat products Quick shipping, clear instructions, great results. The long story is I wanted a nice pr of Chelsea boots but at my price. I found a pair that were reasonable but white. I read a lot of posts that you couldn't dye leather well but I found this site. For a fairly low price I was able to dye the boots brown and they came out pretty good. Follow the instructions (especially taping the soles) and you will also have good results.

FIBest paints and customer service I haven't ordered anything directly from Angelus Direct (only from retailers cause it's faster in my country), but these are super quality paints. Their customer support is also a big bonus, I've contacted them multiple times when I've either had a problem or question, they always reply fast and have the nicest attitude.

GBQuestions asked - questions quickly answered! I contacted Angelus direct to answer three questions I had about their green glow product. I was contacted that same day and had all of my questions honestly and thoroughly answered by their sales associate. I really appreciated their customer service - and I would feel really good about buying and using their products in the future!!

GBPlaced an order but declined my… Placed an order but declined my information so I had to use a different card. Went through and waited 3-4 for my order just to find out they cancelled it because they said it was fradulent. I’ve never had so many issues trying to order with a company. Completely inflexible, couldn’t even help me get things fixed or out to me. I run a business and this whole experience screwed me over and is putting me behind two weeks. Save yourself the time and headache and take your business else where. It’s a shame because I actually loved their products up til this experience.
