Additional problem is that your package has been delivered 21 days ago. AVOID AVOID - I received a very poor quality and faulty item. They are shipped from China - it's therefore not financially viable to return it for a refund. Personally, I would not be interested in receiving a replacement, as I would not expect it to be of any better quality than the first. Purchased as a gift :(
