A great customer service experience. I called this venue for details on booking a private paint party for my birthday. The owner Gabby was beyond helpful. I would probably say that she had the best customer service I've ever experienced as she made our conversation personable. From previous experience, most owners only get involved when needed. From a customer perspective it showed she cares and loves her job. She went over all details that I needed to know to ensure I had all my questions and concerns answered. I must say she was a Libra as well and so we shared common interests. I was sold on this place per first 5 minutes of our conversation and eager to celebrate at this location already.
