5 star s all the way.........Superb sevice !! I purchased my canvas print with a Groupon Voucher and I have to say that I was very impressed with everything from the user friendly site when uploading my photo,right down to the after care from the customer service team. I had a few technical issues with the image I was uploading and they helped take care of them and didn't proceed until I was totally happy that everything was just right. The quality is superb and exactly what I wanted. I was reliably kept informed throughout, the process and given a tracking number to track the delivery. And taking all of the above into account with regards to the alterations I had made, from the time of placing my order to actually hanging it on the wall "6 Days" like I said, impressive !! Fantastic company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Will definitely be using them again!

Family canvas I ordered this on the 26th of December. Due to brexit there was problems with delivery with DPD stopped the delivery and returned. We had a email saying it was going to be delivered by UPS they changed the date of delivery 3 times. Final received my canvas today at least it was one of the 3 days they told us. We weren't asked to pay anymore money. Very pleased with the canvas. Its not the fault of hello canvas what happened with the deliveries.

Exceptional Service From a 38yr old Polaroid picture it was turned into a fantastic canvas which my parents are thrilled with. Jessica delivered exceptional service and helped me get it sorted out. The delivery service was fast too, the best I have used for this type of thing. Will definitely use again :-)

absolutely brilliant we have used hellocanvas twice now, first time was with some beautiful pictures we had taken for our 25th wedding anniversary whilst on holiday in Mexico, we bought 3 black and white prints for us and our parents, they are amazing and always get talked about by visitors. the second print was of our dog who we sadly lost earlier this year, my sons and myself decided to use his picture for my husbands birthday. we have decorated the dining room and Paddy has pride of place on the wall. Its amazing..there were tears all round when we put it up. i cannot fault the service from this company at all, their customer care and support is 100%. no request is too difficult, they email you straight away and keep checking back with your requests, its brilliant and completely worry free. we shall be using them again im sure, my son will be getting married in year or so..so yes, 1 of their pictures will be used again with hello canvas!! thank you again for providing and excellent service and excellent customer care Mrs R Rogers
