ESEasy to work with I've bought multiple businesses through EF, and have sold one. Their team is actually interested in listening to my perspective and position when it comes to getting a deal through. They actually live in the real world. In addition to this, their platform is awesome, so much better than the archaic "contact us for more info" set up so many others seem to rely on.

GBNo longer what it used to be I've worked with Empire Flippers in the past, both as a Seller and Buyer. There's been a very noticeable decrease in their experience level recently. The knowledge level I had grown accustomed to on the deal making side of things basically seems to have evaporated. It's like I'm dealing with amateurs who have no business brokering deals. I find that very disappointing, especially since they're on the premium end of fees. Whatever decisions their leadership is making as of late are clearly misplaced. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. PS: Decided to use an anonymous email for this review since I don't trust how they might react to this.

AEThird Purchase, Excellent Experience We recently closed (November 2020) on a site and enjoyed a terrific experience. Nick handled the migration flawlessly. The seller was well prepared and understood well the process— Thanks EF! I can’t be more thankful for the communication and quick responses by the EF team. The attention to detail was outstanding. We are well pleased and will certainly look forward to working with Empire Flippers again.

DEGreat experience listing my site on… Great experience listing my site on Empire Flippers. The valuation process was smooth and I ended up getting around a 30x valuation for my site to a great buyer. I'll admit I haven't purchased a site on Empire Flippers yet but I will be soon. I feel their user interface for looking up sites and financials right from their website dashboard is lightyears ahead of the competition. No vetting prospect is perfect and buyers must do heavy due diligence on their own, but that being said I'd be much more comfortable buying or selling a 6 figure site on empire flippers rather than flippa.

GBOverall helpful with some areas for improvement Overall they were helpful and did a good job helping newbies like us and the seller through the process. There are a few areas that could be improved: 1. We were guided by the sales agent to do a Best and Final Offer and then a counter was given to us after best and final. 2. No additional inventory costs were disclosed upfront but then the seller asked for those additional costs (5% more) to be reimbursed after we had sent the negotiated amount and the transfer process had begun. 3. We immediately deviated from the transfer process communicated upfront to accommodate the seller - this made it feel like we continually had to negotiate to maintain the original transfer commitments (access and timeline) by EmpireFlippers.
