What happened to your tracking system? I love my recent purchase. Quality is better than expected and colors are as pictured on website. Shipping took a longer than I was led to believe and I was unable to track. I kept checking the tracking and it gave me the impression that item had not yet shipped. I was definitely surprised when I opened my front door and it was sitting on my porch.

The packaging was so beautifully done and impervious to any type of shipping handling, doubled boxed and wrapped,taped your print is better than imagined. I did ask customer service to include inches as well as cm’s to ensure all customers had easy to determine size knowledge.
