Ordered in January, still hasn't shown up. I placed an order in January and in March the item still has not arrived. I have contacted customer support by emailing and calling, and have not heard back from them. I hope they will respond soon because I will request a refund.

By the time the package was returned and delivered it was one day later than I would have received it, but still within your delivery perimeters.
