GB2 weeks to receive and items ruined in shipping , pricey shipping too Ordered a a bunch of materials for my craft business. Prices looked good compared to say, Amazon item to item. But at check out, I saw they were charging me $17 for shipping . I figured out the numbers and still saved a little bit of money. Shipping estimate looked ok. Got an email it had shipped a week earlier than it ACTUALLY shipped (why lie about something so easy to verify?) took two weeks to arrive. Too late for my needs (had to place that Amazon order after all) . Packing was a disaster , heavy glass pieces and stones were thrown in to the box with fragile sea shells …all of which were crushed. No response from them. Sometimes “saving “ a few dollars costs you a lot in the long run. I won’t order again

GBDuring this virus / stay at home time… During this virus / stay at home time my order was delayed. I wrote to customer service asking why it was late and got the most informative and understanding reply. Ann, who wrote to me, could not have been nicer. I will definitely do business with Create For Less again and again. Plus do love their array of products.

GBGo-To Shop for Small Crafting Business Needs The products I need are always available, the website is easy to navigate, and shipping dates are always clear. I had an issue with receiving some defective products and Create for Less shipped me new products at no charge and very quickly! I appreciate their customer service and wide range of products.

GBCreate For Less is a great site for so… Create For Less is a great site for so many different craft supplies. Until the Covid-19 virus pandemic began, shipping was fast, customer service response was timely and helpful, and communication was effective. Ann has done a great job reaching out to customers in response to inquiries. I just hope that things will improve and orders are processed like they used to be before the pandemic began affecting businesses. I'd like to get my review back up to 5 stars. What's happening to all of us isn't anyone's fault.
