My tracking number is HLDUS…. With a carrier of Other. Since they said they can’t find an order for me, you know I’m not getting anything. Just don’t do it.

Long wait for mixed up damaged result Order took well over a month to be processed and made. It is understandable that it would take longer to send with Covid, but the production and processing took longer than the Shipping itself. Upon arrival, the sand was shaken up and leaking out of the sides. Only ribbon seems to be holding the sand in place, but was not even fully sealed properly. The art itself was beautiful and well done, but overall upset for the price that was paid and time waited for a ruined piece that will not even last.
