GBA great establishment to purchase from! I recently purchased a 10.25 inch bowl in E, and received it very quickly! Ordered 1/28 and delivered 2/3. The bowl is lovely, deep and resonant, and before shipping Joseph was kind enough to reach out and make certain that I knew everything about the item to make an informed purchase, which is very appreciated. It was safely packaged, and arrived with both a felt mallet and leather striker, as well as a very pretty embroidered silk ring cushion to rest the bowl on. All three of those items were unexpected and a great surprise! I will be purchasing more bowls in the future, and will definitely purchase from the Singing Bowl Museum again.
