I have never made a candle in my life… I have never made a candle in my life and we use a lot of candles and they are getting very expensive and the quality is not that good. So I ordered the craft zee candle-making kit. The very first impression I had was they really packed this kit very well, the next was when I inventoried the kit and it was all present and accounted for. The instructions were very well written and very very self-explanatory and easy to follow. I made my first candle this morning and it went very well and I produced a wonderful candle. I have come to the conclusion that the people at craft zee are serious about their customers and that they have success making candles.

I've already left a review on their… I've already left a review on their website, and had no response, but saw this and thought it might be helpful to add my experience. This kit was a gift from one of my kids-I have made soap in the past and enjoyed it. This kit is really basic and easy. True, they don't give much guidance on how much color or scent to add, but it's kind of logical to add just a bit of each until you get the color/scent you want. My two issues with the kit were the poor quality of molds and the fact that one of the color bottles leaked out 3/4 of the color. I was very careful with the molds, but they broke easily and could not be used. I also think they should have included more information about what exactly is in the soap base-I gave one of the soaps I made as a gift and the person reported an allergic reaction-this is not good! For these reasons, I would not recommend this kit for soapmaking.
