This was my first time bidding and… This was my first time bidding and winning auction items. I must say, HIBid made the process fun, easy and convenient. We are now addicted.

I had a great experience as a seller I had a great experience as a seller. I had a lot of jewelry, mainly costume jewelry along with a few gold rings to sell. The jewelry was well-photographed, well-grouped, and well-described by HiBid Virginia. The final bids were better than I expected. The staff was excellent, I would recommend their services highly

Well organized Well organized. I was notified when I had been outbid so I could decide whether I wanted to increase my bid. I received notice within minutes of the close of the auction of which items I had won. A great experience.

This auctioneer Pasadena/Prime Bids is… This auctioneer Pasadena/Prime Bids on the HiBids site is a schyster. He often posts inaccurate auctions on HiBids. This time I bid on two auctions, one for a large Christmas bow, and 39lbs of epsom salt. The bow was much smaller than the description measurements both written and image. And, I got a winch in a box labeled epsom salt. I emailed the auctioneer and he told me that “I failed” to research the Amazon complaints for the bow- and that “I failed” to accurately discern what I was bidding on regarding the winch. Therefore no refund would be given for the bow at all. I was also told that I must drive 2 hours back and forth to return the broken winch to receive a $20 refund- and that I would not be receiving the epsom salt because that is not what I bid on, even though the title, written description and 5 pictures showed the epsom salt, only 2 depicted the winch. The winch was not in the title or in the written description.
