But customer service was excellent, and they followed up with me without being prompted and found my package and made sure it got to me. Actual product looks very fun, haven't assembled yet but will order again!

GBBeing our first attempt building a… Being our first attempt building a Papercraftworld mask, we made mistakes that weakened the folds in the final mask and required a lot of tape to keep things together. We purchased 2 of the same mask (just a different color) so our 2nd attempt turned out much better. Not sure if it's possible but stronger material would be helpful. Overall, everyone says our masks look cool :)

GBTons of FUN! I purchased the toucan paper model and had so much fun( despite getting glue all over my fingers while using a toothpick to spread it) that ended up ordering the koala, the macaw, and the unicorn. Putting the models together helps me relax and it ends up being a "zen" activity......unless you have cats, then it turns into an adventure. Go! GBThree stars right now Three stars right now. I had the same experience as the posts below where I ordered several weeks ago, got no response and my tracking numbers didn't work. I reached out via email and got a new tracking number today and it shows that it has left China, landed in the US and is now with USPS. Three stars for no communication, but if my order doesn't actually show up, I'll edit it and also do a chargeback.

GBGood models, but sent the wrong one this time I have ordered from them three separate times. I love the models. How they look. Putting them together. But recently I ordered a second Pumpkin Mask because they were having a sale on Halloween items and the mask I received the pieces for is clearly a product not listed on their site and far inferior to the one I ordered last time. I am not sure if perhaps they ran out of the original and used that as an alternative but if so it's false advertising as what I ordered was not what I received. I have emailed them but in two days have had no reply. Hoping maybe they will reach out here. Update: They reached out and returned my payment for the mask and did not ask for the incorrect model back.
