Scammed me too! I hired DTopp some time ago. After initial payment to start work and another payment for other items, he never delivered. He scammed me out of my money never returning phone calls or emails. He tried to ghost me after taking my money. Apparently after doing some online digging, I found out that he scammed several other victims online. He then went to jail for scams and now he is at it again from what I see. I would not recommend his services because he has no integrity and can't be trusted but that's just my opinion. Feel free to google DTopp and see for yourself. Old business was GoWILM. Lastly, I think its funny how he gets 5 star reviews all this year and about 2 weeks apart. If you look at his reviews, it seems like more fake reviews and that's how people get scammed. Anyone can create a review even the owner of a company who wants to make their company seem legitimate. All you need is several email addresses and anyone can create several free email addresses. I would recommend you find similar services elsewhere and you can thank me for saving you money. Based on your response to my review, please feel free to take legal action. I have receipts and proof you never returned calls and pages of texts you either didn’t respond to or told me next week repeatedly with nothing to show ever. Good luck DTopp

I can’t imagine what I would have done… I can’t imagine what I would have done if I hadn’t found Dtopp last year. The service was a little expensive though they gave me a really good payment plan and got to work after I made the down payment. The media loves to lie about dtopp just like they love to lie about me. That’s okay. I now have dtopp on my side so bring it on.
