DTopp got reviews deleted for us DTopp had 2 yelp reviews and 5 google reviews deleted for us

I was accused of something I did not… I was accused of something I did not do. My online reputation was terrible and I truly believed there was no fixing it. As a last ditch effort I retained this firm Dtopp. Yes I will admit their communication can be lacking at times so I gave 4 stars. I will also admit that David the owner at dtopp is the BEST in the business and managed to make all of the lies disappear! Still shocked dtopp could make it happen.

DTopp is a complete scam DTopp is a complete scam. They will take your money under a "guarantee" but you will never hear from them again. The don't have an address. The PO box listed on their website comes back undeliverable. The BBB website has plenty of complaints, as DTopp has removed itself from most other review websites. The BBB is having its own litigation issues with Dtopp using their logo illegally. We only lost $4500, but still. No one should have to lose any money to a scam. There was no evidence of any work performed and no communication despite constant calls, support tickets and emails. They had no intention of ever delivering. It's typical get the money and run job.

The folks at DTopp are no joke The folks at DTopp are no joke. I hired them to delete some reviews and paid the express fee. They could only delete half of them.. darn... so I thought.. Then this DTopp fella said they can just make my whole Yelp page disappear. I didn’t think that was possible. Everywhere I read said it wasn’t. Because of my disbelief I requested to enter into escrow.. no prob. Listen up.. two days after entering escrow... they made my WHOLE YELP PAGE DISAPPEAR! This thing is GONE. POOF! Look, if you are scared of hiring DTopp, just do escrow. These folks will blow your socks off! 5 stars!!

I’ve used DTopp for a number of years… I’ve used DTopp for a number of years with zero problems.
