wonderful product but needs realistic shipping estimates and country of origin indicated wonderful product and my 13 year old niece did nothing but paint on it the morning she got it. I would give it 4-5 years except for the misleading origin of the product, and the lack of a realistic shipping estimate. it took over a month from order date to arrive and was three weeks after Christmas due to post office/covid delays. the seller should be clear about where the product is made/shipped so that USA buyers can plan accordingly. I WILL buy another if the seller can be more up front about origin/delivery expectations

Great customer service I would have liked to have known a shipping estimate and where the product was going to ship from when I ordered, but nonetheless, I'm very happy with the blanket I ordered! Customer service is fantastic, and Jean was so helpful when my tracking number wasn't working. It was worth the wait for shipping. My boyfriend loves his gift and I'd definitely order from them again.

Used by a friend A friend saw a photo of mine in Instagram and asked to use it for a shower curtain. She showed me the result and I promptly sent three other of my images for shower curtains for family Christmas. I am glad I ordered in October, because they arrived quite some time after ordering. They look terrific, though! Thank you!

First time ordering, company is top notch This was my first time ordering a item from them . I can honestly say they went beyond anything you can imagine. I had an issue with my mailing address, nothing to do with them at all. They literally searched found my order emailed me several times to keep me updated, which made me feel better knowing they were doing everything they could. Their work paid off I received it ,my item was beautiful, high quality material. I definitely will be back , I highly recommend you to buy from them . If I could rate them 100 stars I would, they deserve it. Happy customer to say the least

Have been waiting for my order since… Have been waiting for my order since March 3. Was that given 3 tracking orders. So given wrong info at least twice. Apparently my order has gone from two different postal centers in NY and talk to anyone why it is stuck there. Horrible company. Ordered for my granddaughter's wedding which is next week. Guess will have show a picture of her gift. Have asked for my money back, and I'm sure that will just great. BE AWARE!!!!!
