AUPoor customer service Poor customer service, false advertising on website. Customers beware of false reviews, they remove all negative reviews on the website. Website says quality guarantee but emailed them and no response. Edit after reply. Took more than a week to reply. Customers please look at the website, it says customer satisfaction guarantee, the product was of poor quality and they have conditions to their product guarantee, they try to make customers buy a new one and send another one. That’s not customer satisfaction guarantee nor is it a product guarantee at all.

MYPrice was very ok for the high quality… Price was very ok for the high quality strap and free shipping however delivery took forever and they didn’t update customer with tracking details and ignored all of my attempt to reach them via their build in contact us form in their website. I had to escalate case to paypal after 3 weeks of waiting for them to reply and gave me my tracking details

GBGood value for money. They do send a lot of emails, but the quality of the watch straps are very good. There was minimal packaging, which is nice and the addition of a spring bar removal tool and a could of replacement spring bars was great.
