Impeccable Service - Outstanding Quality Alex and her team from Reproduction Gallery made two large size (H>200cm) for me, featuring numerous figurative details, one of them featured no less than 26 figures, each with intricate facial and body features. I am rather particular (not to say: demanding) when it comes to paintings and especially religious ones - Alex from Reproduction Gallery and her painter went out of your way to deliver, and exceed, my expectations. Excellent service, quality artwork I ordered two reproductions in oil, they were both high-quality work and were delivered in less than three months, which is fast when you remember that the art had to be painted and dried before they could be shipped. The company was very courteous and always responded to my emails in less than a day. I would order from them again.

Disappointing Experience with Reproduction Gallery Order On September 5th, I placed an order with Reproduction Gallery, requesting them to transform an AI-generated image into an oil painting. I had specifically highlighted some imperfections in the AI-generated image that needed correction. Unfortunately, the painting took a full month to complete, and when I received the photos of the artwork, it was evident that the identified deficiencies had been overlooked and replicated by the artist. Subsequently, it took an additional 10 days for me to receive a response to my email where I had requested these adjustments. Despite my clear expression of dissatisfaction and a detailed list of required corrections in my last email, Reproduction Gallery unilaterally cancelled my order and issued a refund. They did not provide a reason for the cancellation, leaving me with the impression that they were not prioritizing customer satisfaction and the reputation of their company.
