Ordered 2 pieces - extremely satisfied I have ordered 2 pieces already and I will definitely order some more. I love their work, the paintings look amazing and are worth every dollar.

Disappointing Experience with Reproduction Gallery Order On September 5th, I placed an order with Reproduction Gallery, requesting them to transform an AI-generated image into an oil painting. I had specifically highlighted some imperfections in the AI-generated image that needed correction. Unfortunately, the painting took a full month to complete, and when I received the photos of the artwork, it was evident that the identified deficiencies had been overlooked and replicated by the artist. Subsequently, it took an additional 10 days for me to receive a response to my email where I had requested these adjustments. Despite my clear expression of dissatisfaction and a detailed list of required corrections in my last email, Reproduction Gallery unilaterally cancelled my order and issued a refund. They did not provide a reason for the cancellation, leaving me with the impression that they were not prioritizing customer satisfaction and the reputation of their company.

Alex Hooper of Reproduction Gallery is a liar I was fully prepared to write a great review for this transaction, but their behavior, namely, Alex Hooper's, has not lived up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The artist who did my painting is quite obviously very talented. They keep you up-to-date through the entire process. They pack well. But there was some word written in the painting that they tried to conceal and when I, with photos, brought this to Alex's attention, I was told that each painting is inspected by them, and that after 20+ years, they have developed a keen eye and they "feel" that if there were any issues, they would have been recognized. Essentially I was called blind. When I asked for the images of the painting that they said they had, which they inspect before shipping and for the source material that was referred to that Alex told me about, I have since been ignored. Basically, they tried to sell me on the notion that what I was talking about was a part of the original. That is a lie. I've already been able to do a comparison on my own. Though located in Oregon, my painting came from Bankok, Thailand. In short I do not trust their lies and empty words and will never do business with them again. Also their reviews are obviously hand picked.

What a Find! What a find this company has been! Super helpful and always respond quickly to my many many emails! I have now received 3 beautiful paintings and am already looking to add another. The online order tracking makes everything so much easier. Have already recommended to my friends, family and colleagues who all love my artwork :) Thank you!

Delighted Excellent Work I found Reproduction Gallery on Google while searching for artists online. The website looked great but after reading a couple of reviews on Trustpilot I had doubts. So I contacted the company and had a long phone chat with Alex the owner. I found her to be very down to earth and open about her background, her love of art and even the negative reviews from the sales which went wrong. I was persuaded by her honesty and the lack of a heavy sales pitch. So I ordered three reproductions and four weeks later they arrived. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the work. The quality of the work is superb, the attention to detail, the vibrancy of the oils, even the canvas used, everything is correct. If you are interested in using this company and have any doubts, get in touch with Alex and speak with her yourself. I'm glad I did because we now have three beautiful oil paintings which are as good as any you would see in a gallery. Without a doubt we will be ordering more paintings in the future.
