Subsequently, it took an additional 10 days for me to receive a response to my email where I had requested these adjustments. Despite my clear expression of dissatisfaction and a detailed list of required corrections in my last email, Reproduction Gallery unilaterally cancelled my order and issued a refund. They did not provide a reason for the cancellation, leaving me with the impression that they were not prioritizing customer satisfaction and the reputation of their company.
