Disappointing Experience with Reproduction Gallery Order On September 5th, I placed an order with Reproduction Gallery, requesting them to transform an AI-generated image into an oil painting. I had specifically highlighted some imperfections in the AI-generated image that needed correction. Unfortunately, the painting took a full month to complete, and when I received the photos of the artwork, it was evident that the identified deficiencies had been overlooked and replicated by the artist. Subsequently, it took an additional 10 days for me to receive a response to my email where I had requested these adjustments. Despite my clear expression of dissatisfaction and a detailed list of required corrections in my last email, Reproduction Gallery unilaterally cancelled my order and issued a refund. They did not provide a reason for the cancellation, leaving me with the impression that they were not prioritizing customer satisfaction and the reputation of their company.

Delighted Excellent Work I found Reproduction Gallery on Google while searching for artists online. The website looked great but after reading a couple of reviews on Trustpilot I had doubts. So I contacted the company and had a long phone chat with Alex the owner. I found her to be very down to earth and open about her background, her love of art and even the negative reviews from the sales which went wrong. I was persuaded by her honesty and the lack of a heavy sales pitch. So I ordered three reproductions and four weeks later they arrived. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the work. The quality of the work is superb, the attention to detail, the vibrancy of the oils, even the canvas used, everything is correct. If you are interested in using this company and have any doubts, get in touch with Alex and speak with her yourself. I'm glad I did because we now have three beautiful oil paintings which are as good as any you would see in a gallery. Without a doubt we will be ordering more paintings in the future.

Impeccable Service - Outstanding Quality Alex and her team from Reproduction Gallery made two large size (H>200cm) for me, featuring numerous figurative details, one of them featured no less than 26 figures, each with intricate facial and body features. I am rather particular (not to say: demanding) when it comes to paintings and especially religious ones - Alex from Reproduction Gallery and her painter went out of your way to deliver, and exceed, my expectations. I recognize exceptional service and workmanship when I see it - ReproductionGallery has delivered 100% on both fronts, without fail. I recently commissioned a third painting (again >200cm high) and I'm certain this won't be the last I commission from ReproductionGallery

Great Service and Better Product I searched all over the web for 2 copper paintings and Alex was the only one that could produce them. Both were roughly 30”x20”. The illustrations were clear and the artists provided more then enough room on the edges to allow canvas framing. Alex was also very realistic about the timing and gave me weekly updates on the progress. I plan to order again soon - highly recommend it.

What a Find! What a find this company has been! Super helpful and always respond quickly to my many many emails! I have now received 3 beautiful paintings and am already looking to add another.
