DO NOT SHOP HERE I ordered a custom paint by number and was looking for a way to return it as it arrived damaged. I tried to contact the company, after three emails I received a response. They will not accommodate me in ANY way, shape, or form. In the response email I was told to iron it out. Not only do I not own an iron, but when I borrowed one - it didn’t actually work completely. I will never shop here again.

Loris Paint is doing an amazing job… Loris Paint is doing an amazing job taking care of their customers. I had a issue with my order delivery. The customer service was sweet and understanding. I'm excited to use it once it arrives!

Took over a month to receive order The product is great but it took way too long to receive. I ordered it in late January and did not receive my piece until March. The website claims it is New York based and fairly quick turnaround times, but my product actually came from China. Communication with customer service is poor and they never took responsibility for the long delay. I’d gladly order again knowing how long it takes if they’d advertise that more transparently and proactively let customers know if there will be delays.
