Still have not received order - update The website makes it seem like it's a local to NY. But when you put your order in , it's coming from China. Which isn't really a big deal. However, on their website it says you will receive your order to Canada within 8 days. I placed my order Nov. 30th 2023. It is Jan 4th, 2024 and still have not received it. I asked for a refund and I keep getting a copy and paste email that my order is on the way and they send me a tracking number that keeps showing no updates. It's been a frustrating experience. Maybe if I do receive my order the star rating will change if the quality is good. But I don't have the painting to tell you for sure. -- update - I've received my refund and they were kind enough to apologize and resend my order. I have received it was if Jan 15th. Ive upped the star rating to a 3 because I felt that I did have to write a negative review to finally get a different response. I am appreciative that I was finally heard and my situation was rectified. Update : Replying to message received today. I did acknowledge in my review that I did receive a response from the company ، but It felt nothing was rectified till I posted a review. The updates I received were not answering my concerns till after the review was posted. I appreciate my refund. And I appreciate that you still sent the paintings. I haven't heard from my friends yet to confirm the quality of the actual product. When I hear, I will post an update.

They are stealing from me!!!! I ordered a painting on Dec. 27th and they had the incorrect address in my account. I emailed them to correct it before the item shipped and they advised that it was fixed. The item still shipped to an address that does not exist and then ended up going to Mail Recovery and has been sitting there for over a month now. They refuse to answer my emails and I have no other way of contacting them. They have my money, my order, and my frustration and are most likely laughing at each email I send them. ****************************************************************** Update, they replied to the 1 star review asking for more information, which I gave. It just shocks me that a month of emails gets ignored but a one star review gets picked up in a day. I left a message on their Instagram account yesterday advising them of the theft and finally got a reply the following day. SO, the only way of contacting them being the email address on their website was useless to me because they left me stranded from Jan. 4th to Feb 14th with no reply, no order, and no refund. They emailed me trying to say they had been trying to reach me on my Instagram account but when I checked, they meant in reply to my message I left them YESTERDAY, nothing about the 10+ emails I sent worrying that I was getting scammed for over two months. They offered a refund or an extra large painting expedited to me. I just want my money back and nothing further to do with them. Being ignored, especially for so long, is the worst feeling when dealing with money and business. So I told them I wanted a refund and now I am waiting for that as well. Update. They think my review is fake so I have included my order confirmation email and their conversation with me stating that they don't know what happened and would offer a refund or replacement. So not only are they not giving me my refund, they are trying to take down my post. Update 2/26/24 My post was verified so they can't take it down. They have gone back to blocking me on Instagram and ignoring my emails again. Back to square one with them having my 39.99 and me having nothing in return. THEY ROBBED ME!!!!! Oh, so they do exist. The shipping address was corrected before the item shipped, I have the email reply from you stating that it was updated BUT it was still shipped to the incorrect address which means it wasn't fixed on your end on time. WHY IS THE ONLY FORM OF COMMUNICATION YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE THROUGH A REVIEW AND NOT EMAIL!?!?!?!? This is ridiculous. Please just issue the refund like you promised so we can both be done with each other (I have the email with your conversation about the refund as well). Incorrect, I emailed the correct address to you before shipping and you replied advising it was fixed in time. I have the email and will post it here if you keep telling me you had no other way of fixing the shipping issue. Do not fight evidence. This is the email THEY sent and are now not backing up. *****Hi Andre, Hope you are doing well. We have been sending you messages on instagram but it looks like you are not seeing our messages. I am copying the same message that we sent to you on instagram a few days ago, down here. "hello andre, thank you for your message. I was able to locate your order and email and can see that you did provide the wrong address, but did update us on the new address, however for some reason the order still did not arrive or got shipped to the wrong address. We are still not sure what exactly went wrong and are still investigating the issue and apologize for any inconvenience. I can assure you that we were not trying to steal from you as we worked very hard on your order. What we can do for you now is either give you a refund or we can upgrade (larger size) your order and have a new one expedited out to you. Let me know what works for you." Thanks! -- Christine L ********* I asked for the refund and then got no reply afterwards other than the current denial through this post because they refuse to act like a regular business and conduct their business in private through email. Why can't you just issue the refund like you promised? The address was updated by you on January 4th according to your email and the order shipped out January 9th. There is either a mistake or a lie going on that you are unwilling to acknowledge because of a one star review. You emailed me stating you would give a refund or a replacement as well and yet now you are saying there is nothing you can do which is either a mistake or a lie that you are unwilling to acknowledge as well. This review is not going anywhere and more people will be reading it, knowing you do this to people. Please issue my refund so that I can at least post that you have the business sense to follow through with what you say to your customers in hard copy emails.

Fantastic results (Custom paint by numbers) I love my order! My painting came out so nice that people can’t even tell it was a paint by numbers originally.

DO NOT SHOP HERE I ordered a custom paint by number and was looking for a way to return it as it arrived damaged. I tried to contact the company, after three emails I received a response. They will not accommodate me in ANY way, shape, or form. In the response email I was told to iron it out. Not only do I not own an iron, but when I borrowed one - it didn’t actually work completely. I will never shop here again.
