Item Never Arrived Ordered 2 items. The 2 items were sent separately. 1 item arrived, however the other, more expensive one did not. Reached out to them multiple times and eventually got a response. They tried to track through Australia post and got no where. They then said they would send another, but I never received a tracking number and never received the item. After months, they finally replied again and said they would sent a third item. Received a tracking number but parcel has not moved in 2 months. Reached out to get my money back and no response for another month.

Never received items I never received my items. It took them about a week to respond to my request seeking an update/refund. But I did receive a full refund from them.

Absolutely gorgeous. I ordered a few different items.. Drinking horn, mug Cups, shot glasses. My pa passed away a few weeks ago and he absolutely loved all parts of the Nordic culture. These where purchased for around his ashes. They are all absolutely fantastic. Beautiful craftsmanship. Amazing quality. Great price. Fast shipping. Honestly couldn't be happier.
