AUItem Never Arrived Ordered 2 items. The 2 items were sent separately. 1 item arrived, however the other, more expensive one did not. Reached out to them multiple times and eventually got a response. They tried to track through Australia post and got no where. They then said they would send another, but I never received a tracking number and never received the item. After months, they finally replied again and said they would sent a third item. Received a tracking number but parcel has not moved in 2 months. Reached out to get my money back and no response for another month.

AUForgot my order twice, no communication and blocked me Ordered 2 horns but after 2 weeks there was no update on the tracking, reached out and was told "they have lost the horns for your order so it has just been cancelled" no refund or contact was made by them untill I had chased it. They were going to send 2 different horns out as a replacement, 2 and a bit weeks later still nothing. Reaced out again and they had forgotten my order for the 2nd time, had to dispute through PayPal before they reply to messages and actually sent the items. After waiting over a month I finally received the horns so went back to Facebook to update my review and they have blocked me! Guess they are happy with the negative review I left then.

AUSmells like dog's bone Was given a horn as a gift and it smelled like a dog bone. I tried washing it but the more I did, the more it smelled. It was slimy on the inside, I don't think it was sealed correctly. I contacted support and although I got an initial response, they've been ignoring me for over a week. Very poor experience - buyer beware
