AUSmells like dog's bone Was given a horn as a gift and it smelled like a dog bone. I tried washing it but the more I did, the more it smelled. It was slimy on the inside, I don't think it was sealed correctly. I contacted support and although I got an initial response, they've been ignoring me for over a week. Very poor experience - buyer beware

AUBeautiful horns Beautiful horns, well worth the money. Be aware though they are delivered in 1 piece of bubble wrap in a bag. No box or protection for the transit.

AUNever received items I never received my items. It took them about a week to respond to my request seeking an update/refund. But I did receive a full refund from them.

AUItem Never Arrived Ordered 2 items. The 2 items were sent separately. 1 item arrived, however the other, more expensive one did not. Reached out to them multiple times and eventually got a response. They tried to track through Australia post and got no where. They then said they would send another, but I never received a tracking number and never received the item. After months, they finally replied again and said they would sent a third item. Received a tracking number but parcel has not moved in 2 months. Reached out to get my money back and no response for another month.
