GBScam??? I ordered quarter inch elastic back in March with a $20 shipping fee . As of Today May 7th I still haven't received it. I've been trying to call and sent text messages since April 24th and no one is getting back to me. Today I sent an email requesting a refund. Possible scam? If I don't receive items or a refund by May 15th, I will file on ftc.com /complaint
