GBOnce the product was received in the⦠Once the product was received in the USA at USPS, USPS lost it. USPS was very unhelpful telling me to "Have the vendor file a claim." Bakery World immediately offered to send another canvas, or refund my credit card. I had already ordered a second canvas to replace lost one, and requested my credit card be refunded for the first canvas, which they promptly did. Received better service from Bakery World than I did from United States Postal Service. Thank you Bakery World!

GBRon martin I've sent a number of emails requesting my tracking number with no response for a package I ordered over three weeks ago that I still haven't received... Very bad company to order from because it takes forever to receive, plus nobody response to your email for help..

GBNot worth the risk Do not and I repeat DO NOT order from this website. I ordered a neon glow in the dark 5 piece painting for $60 the early month of December 2019. It's not the end of January and I still have not received my order. Not only did they provide me with the wrong tracking number to my item, they also tried to make me return the package that was made out to my room mate in order for them to refund my money that they didn't provide service for. I've sent several emails and have been ignored to the point I now have to get my lawyer involved. This company is fake, fraud and does.bad business DO NOT TRUST THEM !!

GBQuality of product came in as expected Quality of product came in as expected. However, the piece did not look good in it's intended location. They did not make a return easy. After back and forth, they only provided an international return address which would cost me $131 for a nominal package.
