GBCustomer service needs improvement. Issue with order, did not arrive despite Fedex saying item had been delivered. Company took a while to resolve and customer service was not great as I had to chase for an update many times but refund eventually provided. Appreciate it was a Fedex issue but this could have been handled better. I should have been provided with a refund straight away whilst the two companies resolved this between them.
