Beautiful decoupage napkins! The napkins I ordered came fairly quickly (about 3-4 days after the order was confirmed) and are more beautiful in person than I imagined. I will definitely order from them in the future again!

Beautiful papers, arrived in perfect condition! My order arrived in perfect condition! This was my first order from Decoupage Designs USA and was a little concerned about what I considered a high shipping charge. Upon receipt of my order I understand the charge! The beautiful papers I ordered were rolled and shipped in a tube which protected them perfectly. Thank you so much, I will happily order again from you when the need arrives!

The only reason I’m giving you a lower… The only reason I’m giving you a lower score is because you advertise 2 day shipping and I ordered on the 16th and it was not delivered until the 21st. When I called they said they had been very busy. Well, don’t advertise what you can’t deliver.
