I received mine within four weeks of ordering! The craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing and worth every penny. When I contacted them by email with various questions they responded within five minutes every time! A fantastic company. You would not regret your purchase from them. Poor quality and insulting customer service I got the emisil gen 2. Upon receiving it I noticed a fracture in the back, in the cup section. After 4 weeks the fracture turned into a tear. I always took care of my prosthetic. This was definately a quality issue. I contacted emisil. I sent them pictures and told them what happened. They told me once open there is no warranty, but I could buy their tear repair kit. I wasn't giving them anymore money. To top off the insulting emailing I got from them, it was signed, "Have fun, enjoy your life! Emisil Prosthetics Agata Pajor"
