Not worth the time or money. The item itself had a ton of manufacturing flaws. When I contacted support about ways to fix these in post, I was told I couldn't and then belittled. As a trans person I am looking for quality items that help avoid dysphoria. I am instead stuck with an overpriced piece of waste that not only looks horrible, but feels horrible as well. The quality of the product is the quality of their customer service: awful.

I stumbled upon the site during a search (had never heard of them before) and while I considered even the base FTM prosthetic expensive, I decided to purchase one anyway and also requested a custom model. My order received confirmation with each step that I inquired about, and I received the prosthetic within 4 weeks after ordering. Shipping was blazingly fast - 4 days from ship to receipt, including a weekend, and that from Lithuania. The model I received was beautifully colored and finished, and I am so far very happy with the purchase I made.
