Poor quality and insulting customer service I got the emisil gen 2. Upon receiving it I noticed a fracture in the back, in the cup section. After 4 weeks the fracture turned into a tear. I always took care of my prosthetic. This was definately a quality issue. I contacted emisil. I sent them pictures and told them what happened. They told me once open there is no warranty, but I could buy their tear repair kit. I wasn't giving them anymore money. To top off the insulting emailing I got from them, it was signed, "Have fun, enjoy your life! Emisil Prosthetics Agata Pajor"

Brilliant product, excellent service! These prosthetics are expensive, but they are SO, SO worth it!!! My family and friends all clubbed together to buy me one for my birthday - best birthday ever! I received mine within four weeks of ordering! The craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing and worth every penny.
