Not worth the time or money. The item itself had a ton of manufacturing flaws. When I contacted support about ways to fix these in post, I was told I couldn't and then belittled. As a trans person I am looking for quality items that help avoid dysphoria. I am instead stuck with an overpriced piece of waste that not only looks horrible, but feels horrible as well. The quality of the product is the quality of their customer service: awful.

Do Not buy from them I have put a review here before and was asked to remove my review because they called themselves wanting to fix my issues. So I agree to do so because I was hoping that they would ratified the issue. I have ask this company for a refund because their product does not work according to the way that they have describe. I originally brought the gen 3 and the issues that I had is it is badly constructed. I received the Gen 3 in December 2021. it was in a sealed bag you cannot review the product in the bag, so you have to open it to really review the product. So of course I had to open it to do so, (this is a setup, so therefore you cannot return the product). I notice right of the back, on how much the penis have no flexibility from the sack. Which technically makes the penis roughly 2- 3 inch long. It come with this tab potion, this tab has way too much material. Its not enough material used on the cup portion, The cup needs to be extended back to prevent urine going everywhere. Because it has no flexibility this causes urine to run down the front of your pants or under ware. When you pull the penis portion out to attempt use it, you risk pulling the cup from where it needs to be. The sack is between your leg which is uncomfortable, if the sack sits in front as it appears on their website it looks extremally bulky. You have to literally stand over the toilet to try and use, even with doing that you will still urinated on your close or self. They reach out to me about my reviews here and reddit and told me that basically I may have choose the wrong device and maybe the the Gen 2 would be better. Ok so I agree to send back the Gen 3, which they paid for the shipment back. Alone with Gen 2 they also sent the compact. I assume they the compact because the Gen 2 is a little cheaper than the Gen 3. I received the Gen 2 on January 23 2022. I immediately sent them an email about this product because I had the same issues. The Gen 2 -4 in 1 has similar issues the only difference is that the penis is extended out because its suppose to be also used as a pleasure option. Even thou the penis is extended the cup is not long enough, it is also to flimsy and way to much flex in it. You cannot were casual pant with the Gen 2 because the penis do not laydown. I told them the issues with the Gen 2 as I did the Gen 3 and I received and email basically saying have a nice life and I hope you find what you are looking. I was baffled by the responds and I sent an email stating how their response was unacceptable. They then sent me an email saying sorry that I am unsatisfied but we have done all we are going to do. I sent one back and requested my money back. Then, they said that they could not give my money back because the product were made custom for me and the Gen 3 that I sent to them at their request, they were going to send it back to me because they are claiming that, that was also the custom. Nothing is custom about their products not even the color. They do not send you a sample color chart so you can pick you skin color. You have to guess to the best of your ability. They do not ask you about your measurements, weight, height or anything else to make their product custom to you. These products is not worth the money that it cost. Please do not waste your time or money with these people they have no clue. I feel tricked out of my money and to think that It took me months to decide if I wanted to buy from them, I regret the purchase
