My order received confirmation with each step that I inquired about, and I received the prosthetic within 4 weeks after ordering. Shipping was blazingly fast - 4 days from ship to receipt, including a weekend, and that from Lithuania. The model I received was beautifully colored and finished, and I am so far very happy with the purchase I made.
