GBPoor quality and insulting customer service I got the emisil gen 2. Upon receiving it I noticed a fracture in the back, in the cup section. After 4 weeks the fracture turned into a tear. I always took care of my prosthetic. This was definately a quality issue. I contacted emisil. I sent them pictures and told them what happened. They told me once open there is no warranty, but I could buy their tear repair kit. I wasn't giving them anymore money. To top off the insulting emailing I got from them, it was signed, "Have fun, enjoy your life! Emisil Prosthetics Agata Pajor"

GBFrom beginning to end and all steps in-between, excellent From beginning to end and in-between, I've been very happy with Emisil, the prosthetic and the correspondences I've had with Agata. I stumbled upon the site during a search (had never heard of them before) and while I considered even the base FTM prosthetic expensive, I decided to purchase one anyway and also requested a custom model. My order received confirmation with each step that I inquired about, and I received the prosthetic within 4 weeks after ordering. Shipping was blazingly fast - 4 days from ship to receipt, including a weekend, and that from Lithuania. The model I received was beautifully colored and finished, and I am so far very happy with the purchase I made. Follow-up with Agata regarding other questions I had has also been clear and informative. Based on first purchase, I would consider Emisil highly reputable and would recommend them and their products without hesitation.

CANot worth the time or money. The item itself had a ton of manufacturing flaws. When I contacted support about ways to fix these in post, I was told I couldn't and then belittled. As a trans person I am looking for quality items that help avoid dysphoria. I am instead stuck with an overpriced piece of waste that not only looks horrible, but feels horrible as well. The quality of the product is the quality of their customer service: awful.
